For me health is basic to have all the pillars in order, this help you to have a good life. The pillar who I am strong at is exercise, since I was a child I do a lot of activities like basketball and hiking. Maybe the worst that I am at is stress because when I had problems I don't know how to control my stress this is why I want to learn more about it. Also I like to learn about how to keep a healthy diet.
