The blood when passes by the heart enter by the superior and inferior vena cava, going into the right atrium, passing by the tricuspid valve and in the right ventricle is pushed up until the pulmonary arteries, and this one send the blood to the lamb where the blood will be oxygenated. Then the blood return by the pulmonary veins, going into the left atrium and then passes by the mitral or bicuspid valve, finally goes to the aorta that distributed the blood by the rest of the body, to the legs and arms by the descending aorta.

Unit 2: Reflection : Health
For me Health is the vital balance between Nutrition, Sleep, Stress, Exercise and Social life; if one of the above irregular all the body is unbalanced.
I'm healthy in some facts like exercise, I'm used to do a lot of exercise since I was little so is part of my usually routine.Inside the school I think that there is people healthy and other ones who have an unhealthy life. Maybe for promote a healthier life they can Tell all the students that is so important to sleep 9 hours for give time to your brain for keep the information.
I had learn a lot of specific things like that is super important to have a healthy nutrition, to sleep a lot of hours, the different types of hormones that work in our baby and what they do in each place of the body.
I don't finish to understand why we wake up when we have a nightmare.
In the next unit I will ask more questions about all my questions and I will try to understand all the content.
The day when I learn in class how important is have a social life I realize that it is true, when you spend time with people you are happier so your life is funniest so I decided to stay less time watching TV or staying with the smartphone and talk with my grandparents more time, play with my host brother and use my time to be outside home.

Nutrition Analysis
During the week of September 17th to September 21st I had been writing all the nutrition facts of my normal diet during school.
Analyzing the food that I eat every day I realized that the diet that currently carry is not right for my proportions and physical conditions as caloric intake should be more than twice the amount I usually, so my metabolism will work better.
It seem to me that I had wrote all this information wrongly because analyzing the dates I am suppose to have a bad diet. I need to eat more of all of the nutrition facts in general.
But the most prominent ones that I must improve drastically are Vitamin A and Potassium, follow by fiber and calories.
For increase the number of Vitamin A I have to eat more eggs, tubers and also fruits like papaya, apricots or mango.
The food that is recommended for the Potassium are potatoes, avocados and spinaches.
Corn, apples, pears and broccoli are good for have for fiber in your diet.
As I am in a foreign country these first months I have not eaten much variety of foods because I do not like to try new food, I am pretty basic and I just like the food I know. Maybe I may try new food but the recent memories that I have trying food are not the best for remember.

Sleep Diary
SLEEP DIARY
Pointing the hours in which I usually go to sleep and wake up every day I realized that in the weekends, I have more free time, so I use it to sleep and try to rest longer.
During the week I have many activities so when I come home, I eat dinner and I do the homework. Some days I go to bed late because I don't homework quickly, for me is hard to do it in other language; other times it's because I want to watch a program on TV and this often ends quite late.
Related to what we are learning in Anatomy, I realized that I sleep more during the week to perform their best, is not good to go to school or doing activities when you don't have energy to use.
Sleep is necessary for the brain, to process all the information that you have learned during the day, so I personally must try to get advance of every minute in the day to do homework, and at night go to bed soon, so my brain will work best.
