Nutrition Analysis

During the week of September 17th to September 21st I had been writing all the nutrition facts of my normal diet during school.

Analyzing the food that I eat every day I realized that the diet that currently carry is not right for my proportions and physical conditions as caloric intake should be more than twice the amount I usually, so my metabolism will work better.

It seem to me that I had wrote all this information wrongly because analyzing the dates I am suppose to have a bad diet. I need to eat more of all of the nutrition facts in general.
But the most prominent ones that I must improve drastically are Vitamin A and Potassium, follow by fiber and calories. 
For increase the number of Vitamin A I have to eat more eggs, tubers and also fruits like papaya, apricots or mango.
The food that is recommended for the Potassium are potatoes, avocados and spinaches.
Corn, apples, pears and broccoli are good for have for fiber in your diet.

As I am in a foreign country these first months I have not eaten much variety of foods because I do not like to try new food, I am pretty basic and I just like the food I know. Maybe I may try new food but the recent memories that I have trying food are not the best for remember.
